BETWEEN

SASKATCHEWAN UNION OF NURSES AND

SASKATCHEWAN ASSOCIATION OF HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS

 Re: Joint Position Evaluation

Within 180 days of ratification of this agreement, SAHO and SUN agree to review the SAHO/SUN Position Evaluation Tool to ensure clarity, based on the existing job evaluation information gathering tools to be used for the purposes of evaluating and classifying new or changed positions.  When the Parties agree on a final SAHO/SUN Position Evaluation Tool, all previous job evaluation information gathering tools will be discarded.  Any amendments or changes to the tool must be by consensus and will be consistent with the Government of Saskatchewan Policy Framework.

Each party to this review shall be responsible for their own expenses.
